Tozen Philippines Inc. is a company engaged in Trading and Distribution of wide range of products and systems in the field of piping, vibration isolation and seismic isolation for applications ranging from equipment for office buildings, water supply and sewage systems to plant and civil engineering. 

Tozen is also known for a sustained manufacturer and Rubber & Metal Expansion Joints, Rubber Isolator and Valves in Asia. 

Our aim is meaningful contribution to society by providing comfort and safety through our products, technical skills and services. 

With our company operations mainly supports construction and we are also developing business from Visayas – Mindanao perspective with our addition of active full–scale participation in the Infrastructure which has tremendous future potential. Tozen Philippines, Inc. (TPI) was established by Mr. AKIRA MUROI, and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 1, 1997. TPI is a wholly owned subsidiary of TOZEN Corporation (Japan).

We believe that we can build social trust and reliability through thorough compliance and through the spirit and conduct of legal compliance, and we will implement corporate activities that can fully respond to the demands of society.

Basic Policy

All executives and employees of TOZEN Corporation will implement fair corporate activities based on the compliance with laws and regulations and correct ethical standards, and then provide high-value-added products and services to customers.

We will comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and act as follows with the correct ethical standards.

  1. We will always put into our practice to provide high-value-added products and services from the customer’s point of view.
  2. We will conduct fair trade on the premise of compliance with laws and regulations.
  3. We will endeavor to provide accurate corporate information to our customers, shareholders, and other stakeholders.
  4. We will strictly handle personal and customer-related information and will not do anything that falls under infringement of rights.
  5. We will respect the human rights of each, and will strive to create an environment in which each employee can demonstrate his or her individuality, ability, and motivation at the initiative of our company.
  6. We will take recent environmental problems seriously and actively work to protect and conserve them.
  7. We are committed to contributing to society through our business activities in a spirit of coexistence and co-prosperity with society, our customers and related parties.
  8. We will constantly challenge anti-social forces with a resolute attitude.
  9. We will properly manage and operate the various assets of our company in accordance with laws and our company regulations.

We have established the Compliance Committee and will work closely with the Board of Directors, the highest decision-making body of the company, to ensure that our entire company is committed to compliance-oriented management.

We have established two channels, one consultation channel and one external legal counsel channel in order to detect at an early stage and take precautions against possible violations of legal and compliance.

Upholding strict integrity

Fundamental policies against anti-social forces

TOZEN Group has set the following fundamental policies against anti-social forces and strives to rigidly implement these policies throughout the entire company.

1. We refuse any ties to anti-social forces, including trading relationships.
2. We will resolutely reject all unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
3. We will build tight ongoing cooperative relationships with specialist external organizations such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Anti-Social Forces, and lawyers.
4. We will use both the civil and criminal courts to respond to unreasonable demands made by anti-social forces.
5. We will never provide funds or favors to anti-social forces, nor make secret deals with them.
